There was so much extraordinary detail in the church decorations this year, I decided to make a short video walk through of all the walls.

All of the extraordinary flat art for this VBS are the creative work of Debra Collins, a retired art teacher. Eli and Debra make an incredible team to lead our creators. Deb loves to paint and Eli loves dimensional art. Our campers are really blessed to have this great team of artists.

Eli Spaulding is our VBS decorations designer. She holds a degree in Fine Arts from ASU and pays the rent working in the trades! Go figure! Her summer job is coming on staff to bring art direction to our VBS and create all the dimensional art shown below. The presentation of Simba is so exquisite, it deserves its own section!

Minnie is a Spaulding family member. Part Rat Terrier and part Chihuahua. She is a regular fixture at Holy Cross, along with Ted our parish cat.
