Two jigs to make the feet. The left jig is the first cut, the right jig received the first cut to make the second cut.
The workhorse of the system is this compound router bit chucked up in the table. The bottom bearing rides on the jig and the cutter shapes an identical path!
From blanks to craft projects
One simple jig insured the center support were glued and screwed exactly in the same place over 200 times!
Glue and a couple staples to hold in place, followed by a couple 2” wood screws.
